History and design
The Ommani Center opened in February of 2001. The concept was created and founded by Kalpana (Rose) M. Kumar M.D., who after more than a decade of medical practice felt that Health Care needed a model that exemplified the vision of the Ommani Center. The Ommani Center has been an extremely successful business model for Health Care with cost effective and sustainable services that empower and educate patients and orient them with a healthy relationship to their lives.
The Ommani Center is located in Pewaukee, WI, 20 minutes West of Milwaukee and 45 minutes East of Madison. Click here to view directions and a map of our location. The center is located in a natural setting with beautiful views overlooking a wetland marsh conservancy. The layout was designed by an anthroposophic architect to give the look and feel of a warm, caring healing environment.
Dr Kumar is an independent physician and member of Progressive Physician Network Inc and ProHealth Solutions LLC— independent physician practice associations which have the primary objective of delivering quality, cost effective health services.
