Kalpana (Rose) M. Kumar, M.D.

Kalpana (Rose) M. Kumar, M.D. is board-certified in internal medicine. She graduated from Albert Einstein School of medicine in New York City, completed an internship at UC San Francisco, and a residency at Stanford University in internal medicine.

She practices medicine from a very strong knowledge base of standard of care, state of the art medicine and helps her patient's create treatment plans to maximize health and well being. She uses her internal medicine tools integratively so as to not over utilize conventional medicine alone for conditions that it has not had positive success with. In addition she is committed to creating treatment plans to minimize side effects of conventional treatments as well as educates her patient's about the safest, most cost effective and most effective approaches to their conditions.

Her patients have been very successful in restoration of their health and well-being with this approach. Many have been able to successfully wean off their prescription medication through making lifestyle changes and incorporating nutrition, exercise and balanced living into their relationship with life.

Internal medicine services are covered by most insurance plans. Dr. Kumar is affiliated with Waukesha Memorial Hospital and is a ProHealthcare provider.

She is also a clinical instructor at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and is a medical student mentor.
