Cashew Cacao Milk
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water overnight
- 4 cups of water
- 4 Tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 dates
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Rinse soaked cashews and place them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients on high.
- Let blend for 5 minutes.
- Strain into a large glass container and refrigerate.
Cashew milk lasts 4 days in the refrigerator.
