Let’s face it, today’s kitchens are not often filled with joy. Mixed nutrition advice has people confused about what to make. Joy Lenz is a Clinical and Registered Dietitian with 24 years of experience. Her intention is to share not only her love for healthy food but also to facilitate the transformation in health that accompanies it. Joy can help you achieve your health goals one delicious bite at a time with simple recipes and a lifestyle that puts plants at the forefront.

Joy completed her dietetic internship at Region’s Hospital in St Paul after which she worked in hospital, outpatient, and nursing home settings. In 2013, she began teaching cooking classes at WCTC and discovered her passion for cooking in the kitchen with people.

In the last several years, Joy transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle after researching its evidence-based health benefits and discovering how easy it was to implement. She created a cookbook with some of her favorite recipes to share with her patients and ease them into a plant-based diet. Her cookbook is complimentary to all first-time clients.
